We LOVE Freezer meals in our family. These can work both in the Instant Pot and the Slow cooker! If you are a beginner or you have been cooking for awhile, these Freezer meals are PERFECT literally for everyone!

POT ROAST:
2 – 2.5 lb chuck roast
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper (any color), chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 large potatoes, chopped into chunks
2 cloves of garlic, minced or pressed
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 cup water

Cook for 60-90 minutes. (90 if frozen) in your Instant Pot
8-10 hours on Low in the slow cooker

SPICEY PINEAPPLE CHICKEN:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed, about 1.5 – 2 lbs total
1 can pineapple chunks, 15 oz, drained with juice set aside
1/2 cup of pineapple juice
1/2 red pepper, cut into chunks
1 tsp red pepper flakes (or less if you don’t like the “spicy”)
1 tsp salt
2 cloves of garlic, minced or pressed (or 2 tsp minced jarred garlic)
2 Tbsp chili sauce, either sweet chili or sirracha (depending on how hot you want it ?

Instant Pot: 25 if frozen
Slow Cooker: 6-8 hours on low

ROOT BEER PULLED PORK:
5 to 6 pounds boneless pork sholder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 (12-ounce) bottle or can root beer
1 (16-ounce) jar barbecue sauce

Instant Pot: Cook 60-90 minutes (90 if frozen)
Slow cooker: 8-10 hours on low
