Tahari/Tehari is Popular Hyderabadi Dish. Tahari is usually a mixed rice recipe usually mixed with either mutton or vegetables. Mutton Tahari is rice mixed with mutton and cooked in aromatic spices. Mutton Tahari Ingredients –
0:23 – To Marinate Mutton
500 gms Mutton🍖
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Ginger Paste
200 gms Yogurt

1:26 – To Cook Mutton Tahari
3 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Ghee
2 Bay Leaves
1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
4 Green Cardamoms
3-4 Cloves
1 tsp Black Cumin Seeds
4 Onions (sliced) 🧅
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Garlic Paste
3 Tomatoes (finely chopped)🍅
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 cup Water
Marinated Mutton
500 gms Basmati Rice (soaked)
1 1/2 ltr Water
3-4 Green Chillies (slit)
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
1/4 cup Mint Leaves (finely chopped)
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Ghee
Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
Mint Leaves (finely chopped)
