Is the Instant Pot really faster and easier to cook in? Today I’m testing out this theory in full by cooking my whole day’s worth of meals in it! Breakfast, lunch & dinner- all vegan and all in the Instant Pot. Enjoy!

How to get your veggies PREPPED!

🌾 Instant Pot Oats
1:3 grain to water ratio (I used 2 cups quick-cooking steel cut oats + 6 cups water in this video)
Optional: chia, ground flax, frozen berries, etc.
Add the oats & water to Instant Pot and set to Manual, High Pressure, 1 minute*. Let the pressure release naturally for 15-20 minutes.
*Use 1 minute cook time for quick-cooking steel-cut oats and rolled oats only. If using regular steel-cut oats, follow this recipe:

I adapted this recipe: by adjusting the ingredients slightly (with what I had on-hand) and reducing the cook time to 10 minutes.
