Best Ever Chocolate Cake I 4 Ingredients Only I Kadhai Cake I चॉकलेट केक I Pankaj Bhadouria

Get ready for the best ever Chocolate Cake Recipe that can be made using 4 ingredients only! This recipe for Chocolate Cake uses no maida, no eggs, no butter, no oil, no baking powder, no over and no microwave either! Yet the Chocolate Cake is the spongiest, softest ever Chocolate cake you would have ever tasted.
Along with the chocolate cake, I am also going to share with you the recipe of the most indulgent chocolate sauce using 2 ingredients only and some very easy garnishes to add over your Chocolate Cake.
This Chocolate cake will be made in a kadhai but can easily be made in a pressure cooker too.
Follow the same recipe to make the Chocolate cake in a preheated oven at 180*C for 35-40 minutes.

Recipe :

Best Ever Chocolate Cake
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Serves: 3-4

For the cake:
300g Oreo/ Boubourn/ Hide & Seek Chocolate Biscuits
1 ¼ cup warm milk
4 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp fruit salt
For the sauce:
200g dark chocolate
50 g butter
2 tbsp water

Spread 1 cup salt at the bottom of a kadhai, cover and preheat on high flame for 10 minutes.
Powder the biscuits in a blender. Add the milk, sugar and blend well to get a smooth paste.
Add the fruit salt, mix well and immediately pour in a prepared 7” cake tin.
Place a ring in the kadhai and place the cake tin over it.
Cover and cook on. Medium heat for 35-40 minutes till a skewer inserted inside the cake comes out clean.
Remove the cake , rest in the pan for 10 minutes and then remove from the pan. allow the cake to cool down completely.
Meanwhile prepare the sauce. In a pan, add the chopped chocolate, butter, water and heat over low heat, mixing well till the mixture turns smooth and glossy. Cool & pour over the cake. Garnish as desired and serve.
