Curry Glass Noodle Stir Fry Recipe แกงโฮะ (Gaeng Ho) – Hot Thai Kitchen

This northern Thai dish called “gaeng ho” originated from people repurposing leftover curry and turning it into a glass noodle stir fry. Traditionally Thai people use leftover “gaeng hung lay” which is a popular northern Thai curry, but in this recipe I share with you how you can get those flavours without having to have any leftovers!

It’s a quick and easy meal that can be modified to your heart’s content. Use any kind of leftover curry as the sauce, change up the veggies and protein, what’s important here is the glass noodles!
